KVIS has teamed with the Teachers’ Association of Hudson Valley to bring certified yoga teachers to assist Paula Heizner, a YTA board member and teacher with over 45 years experience.
The first 100 participants will receive free yoga mats from Gaiam. Participants will benefit from expert hands-on assists and posture checks and relax under the sun during the Gong Meditation offered by Golden Prana Studio. The Town of Bedford Supervisor Chris Burdick will officially welcome summer with an organic living juice toast provided by 02 Living.
The premium raffle prizes (see list below), valued at over $2,000, include yoga memberships, classes and workshops, jewelry and accessories for the mindful yogi, donated by participating yoga studios and wholistic healing services by local practitioners.
